Domestic shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post (eParcel) and Star Track for larger consignments.

Made-to-order items
Custom cabling, OR Integration Kits, and other made-to-order products carry a manufacturing lead time shown on the product page (typically 5–15 business days). Shipping time is added on top.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free standard shipping on orders over AU$1,500.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking 24 hours after the lead time elapses, email support@bioni.com.au.
International
We do not currently ship outside Australia from the online shop. For international hospital projects, contact our integration team at enquiries@bioni.com.au — we deliver internationally as part of project engagements.
Pickup
Order pickup from our Penrith facility is available by appointment for trade customers. Email us to arrange a time.
